Are Post Pilot articles written by AI?
Yes. AI is an important part of the Post Pilot workflow, and we prefer to be transparent about it. The difference is that the AI does not receive a generic request such as "write an SEO article." Before publishing begins, we configure a content profile around your company, writing style, topics, languages and editorial direction. The draft then passes through additional AI editing and quality-control stages before publication. Our team manages the setup and can intervene where additional review is required.
What do I get during the free trial?
We prepare and publish 4 articles on your actual website, also available in up to three website languages. This lets you evaluate the real content, formatting, images and publication process before deciding whether to continue.
Do I need WordPress?
No. WordPress is supported, but Post Pilot can also work with Otack Engine and selected custom CMS platforms. Before starting, we check whether your website provides the technical access required for safe publication.
Can Post Pilot publish on a website you did not build?
Yes. The website does not need to be created by NeoWebLab or Otack. If the CMS provides suitable access or can be integrated with our publishing workflow, Post Pilot can publish there.
Can I choose the article topics?
Yes. We can prepare a topic plan for your approval, or you can provide your own topics, keywords, services and questions. If you prefer not to manage content, you can also delegate topic selection to us.
Can I review every article before publication?
Yes, article review can be arranged — but it is optional. The standard workflow is designed to minimise your involvement after the content profile and topic direction have been approved.
Can articles follow our own writing style?
Yes — this is one of the important parts of the setup. We configure tone of voice, level of expertise, article structure and an approved editorial or author profile. If articles are published under a named company expert, that profile should correspond to a genuine authorised person.
How many languages are included?
Every article can be prepared in up to three languages. One language is the original version, with additional language versions generated and processed for the other selected website languages.
Where do the article images come from?
We use relevant royalty-free stock photography from authorised sources. Where the licence requires attribution, the relevant source information is included. Custom photography, branded graphics and custom illustrations are not part of the standard package.
What is internal linking?
Internal linking means connecting a new article with relevant pages already on your website — for example, an article about company registration linking to your incorporation service page. It helps visitors navigate related content and creates a clearer website structure. Added where relevant and technically supported.
How often do you publish?
The standard plan provides 7–8 original articles per month — approximately two new publications per week. Exact publication dates can vary according to the configured schedule.
Why not publish 20 or 30 articles every month?
Post Pilot is designed around consistent, useful publishing rather than maximum volume. For most business websites we prefer a controlled publishing rhythm that keeps topics, quality and website relevance manageable. Clients requiring larger volume can request a custom plan.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No responsible content provider can guarantee specific organic rankings. Search visibility depends on competition, website authority, technical SEO, domain history, backlinks and overall quality. Post Pilot provides consistent SEO-friendly content publishing — it does not replace every component of an SEO strategy.
Does Post Pilot replace an SEO agency?
No. Post Pilot solves one specific recurring problem: creating and publishing relevant content consistently. Technical audits, advanced keyword strategy, off-site SEO, digital PR and link building are outside the standard package.
How do we communicate?
Primarily by email. You do not need another dashboard or software account. WhatsApp or Telegram can also be used for operational communication when required.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The standard Post Pilot service is monthly and does not require a long-term contract.
